1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Feel and Flow Holistic Therapies. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your appointment.

2. Booking and Appointments

All bookings are automatically confirmed once made through our booking system.

A booking fee (percentage of the service cost) is required to secure your appointment. This will be communicated during the booking process.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, you may arrive 5-10mins prior to your appointment if needed.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must give at least 48hours notice.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit any booking fee paid.

No-shows (failing to attend without notice) will be charged the full service amount and may result in requiring full payment for future bookings.

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.

We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.

Prices are clearly displayed during booking and are in GBP.

Any booking fees paid are deducted from your final payment.

5. Consultation and Health Information

Some treatments require you to complete a consultation form before your appointment. This helps ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you.

Please provide accurate and complete health information. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may result in treatment being refused or modified.

Patch tests may be required for certain treatments. These must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment.

6. During Your Appointment

Please respect the treatment space and maintain appropriate behaviour throughout your visit.

Be open and honest about your comfort levels, any concerns, or if you experience any discomfort during treatment.

Mobile phones should be switched to silent mode during treatments.

We maintain a professional therapeutic environment and inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

7. Refunds and Complaints

No refunds are given for completed services.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns.

We aim to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

8. Your Privacy and Data

We handle all personal data in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Your information is used solely for providing our services and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

9. Liability and Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance for all treatments provided.

Our liability for any claims is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. General Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
