About Emma

Emma has a great passion to help others in the community. From a young age, she has always had a huge amount of empathy for others and an intuitive understanding of how others are feeling without any words being said. This has led her to grow her business with a heart-led, holistic approach. Emma’s compassion for others can be found in all the treatments she has to offer.

The home-based studio in the Salvington area of Worthing, West Sussex, is a cosy sanctuary where you’ll feel completely at ease, held, heard, felt, seen, and comforted, no matter your reason for your visit. At Feel and Flow, you’re allowed to come just as you are, and all emotions are welcome. Whether those emotions look like tears, laughter, grief, joy, or screaming, we welcome you in with open arms, and there’s no judgment. Come as you are because you are a beautiful human being.
