Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Please note: This is currently being offered as a case study service while Emma completes her Manual Lymphatic Drainage training. As part of your treatment, you’ll be invited to share feedback about your experience, and you’ll be asked whether you’re happy for photographs to be taken during or after your treatment. Any photographs will only be taken with your permission.

A gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic flow and encourage a sense of lightness, relaxation and ease.

Using slow, light and intentional movements, this treatment works with the superficial lymphatic system rather than applying the deeper pressure you may experience during a traditional massage. It can be particularly soothing if your body is feeling heavy, puffy, sluggish or simply in need of some gentle care.

Your treatment will be tailored to you and may include work across the neck, shoulders, abdomen, arms and legs, depending on your individual needs.

This is a deeply calming treatment — a chance to slow down, soften and allow your body to receive.
